My simple life

This is our story as seen through my eyes, I'm Riley a 6 lb 13 week old Rat Terrier mix puppy.  We have just moved out to our new place, which is way better than our old place (even though I was there only for a few short weeks, my people were there for 10 years). 

Our new place has lots of room inside and out!  We have a long staircase that goes to a basement, my lady loves this area.  It is big and finished!  There is a pooltable, TV, a library, full bath and two bedrooms.  We go down there and watch movies and eat popcorn.  I like it, my people love it!

My boy sleeps down there, he is older and likes to be on his own.  But he also spends lots of time now with family.  He loves playing pool and playing with something called the X-Box.  I just like running around growling at everything.

I sleep with one of my girls, I have two!!!!  I also have two fellow beast..they call them cats, I call them play things.  I have to share my girls with them.  One cat never hardly shows her whiskers her name is Sassy.  I she her run under the beds.  The other cat P.D. is way bigger than me.  I heard my lady say he weighs 17 lbs!  But I love to play with him. 

When everyone comes home is the best time.  We all go outside and I run and run.  I also play with my other cat, her name is Rascal, only she is not friendly at all.  I try to play and she hisses and swipes at me.  But I am smarter than her and never get to close...just enough to see her fur stand up on end.  That is fun!

My mam is planting tomatoes into the ground.  I don't understand it, but it is fun playing with the clods of dirt  he digs up.  And the smells are something else, lots of new smells to investigate. 

So that is my simple life at the present.  Sometimes my lady and my man will write in this blog...they can say things better than I can since I don't understand some things.  But I will be here a lot also.
